UNDER MY BED
Real-time Animated Short
2026
I found a watch under my bed.
I didn't know to whom it belonged, nor how long it had lain untouched in the dark. It felt like a piece of shared time left behind, a quiet stranger attuned to the intimate cadence of my days. From the shadows, it listens as desire rises only to hollow into empty air. Through the narrative unfolding, a quiet yet surging loneliness softly seeps.
Combining narrative cinema and real-time media, this short film functions both as a standalone moving image piece and as a key visual module of an interactive audiovisual live performance. The real-time format extends its narrative from passive viewing into a collective immersion, bringing the audience deep inside the shadow to share the raw, voyeuristic tension of intruding upon another’s intimate life.
